The following two directories contain utilities for working with files
on magtape and PC.  The 9TRACK directory contains the Computer Logics
9-track software for running a pertec tape drive from a PC.  The tools
directory contains the archivers 'lharc' and 'pkzip', a text display
utility 'dcr4scan' and a hex dump utility 'dmp'.
